Cats like to play it cool, to ignore us and be aloof, that is, until there's food in our hands. We never get more attention from our cats than when we're eating. For animals that are supposed to be able to self-regulate their food intake, our cats like to convince us that they're always hongry! It only takes one second to look away for your cats to "allegedly" steal your food, so don't even blink! We say allegedly because even if you catch them in the act, they'll never admit it.

    Listen, we get this cat, we also couldn't resist taking a big chomp of that very tasty, very tall stack of pancakes. Even after he's been caught, he's still holding on to the pancake, which means that the hooman did a very good job of making them. Hats off to the chef!
